The new form of Precedent H comes into effect on 1 April 2016, together with a new Precedent R “Budget Discussion”. These forms were announced at the beginning of March and as usual we were given no advance notice of the changes by the MOJ.
The changes in these forms are quite substantial and we are doing all we can to get them ready as soon as possible. Please check back here for further updates.
