We have become aware of an issue with Word that Microsoft has acknowledged as a bug. It affects the RTF format documents that CostsMaster produces, and it appears to misread the page breaks and repeat the first page on subsequent pages. This doesn’t affect all users, and it appears to be restricted to CCMS Supporting Documentation, though we have not yet managed to work out why this is.
There is a simple workaround, which is to save the document in Word as a .docx file and all pages will then be visible. Until a fix is rolled out, we would recommend all users take this additional step.
