Update – 14/11: We are pleased to say we have managed to identify the issue that is causing the issue with the RTF CCMS Supporting Documentation. It is caused by an unnecessary line in the document which Word has previously ignored but is now taking exception to. Now that we have identified the cause, we have removed the line from the RTF output and the resulting file now opens correctly in Word.
We are currently putting together an update which we hope to make available shortly. Please keep an eye on the Public Beta page.
Apologies to all users affected by this. The altered version of Word had not been rolled out to our machines until today, so we were unable to debug the issue before now.
We are also aware that the workaround of saving the file as DOCX that was reported to us did not appear to work with the latest releases in word.
