The N260A & N260B were previously included in CostsMaster as part of a pilot scheme which started in 2019 and ran for three years, but then lapsed. However, they have been revived in a practice note from the Chancellor of the High Court that mentions them as if they never went away. This comes into effect on 14th April 2026.
Some time after the pilot finished, we deprecated the forms in CostsMaster – they ceased to be added to new installations but users who previously had them on their system could access them in the export wizard by ticking the “Show superseded templates” box. You may still be able to access them on your system using this method, but if you can’t, then don’t worry, as we have brought them back. From 6.1.14, the later (v2) version of both forms will be available in all copies of CostsMaster. This version is available now as a public beta, and should become a full release early in April.
