1. Export Phrases
a) Browsing some export phrases could lead to an AV in certain circumstances.
2. Costs Budgets
a) Opening very old files saved with CostsMaster 3 caused all the budget phases to be identified as contingent.
b) Applying the filter on the Properties column in the Costs Budget grid caused an AV.
